These Terms of Use comprise a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Horizon Software Systems Ltd. (“Horizon”). Unless you and Horizon have otherwise agreed in writing, the terms and conditions provided herein govern your access and use of the 247 Platform Web site, projects and resources whether used in connection with other products or services, or independent of them. Additional terms and conditions may apply (and will be presented to you) when accessing certain Projects. Use of other Horizon products or services is subject to the appropriate written agreement or click-through license provided, and are separate from these Terms of Use.

You shall bear the entire risk as to the quality and the performance of the service.
